Job Overview

Ensure quantitative and qualitative control of loading and unloading activities at the facility for customers, while monitoring inventory levels to ensure proper allocation, ease of storage, and inventory counting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum and maximum levels for different product and material groups based on production and consumption trends.
• Plan and organize employee shifts and allocate resources for warehouse activities.
• Manage loading, unloading, inspection, delivery documentation, and proper storage.
• Organize incoming and outgoing products and inventory using the first-in, first-out process.
• Check inventory damage and shortages, compile data, and submit regular reports.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual inventory counts and report deficiencies.
• Manage strategic gift handling and transfers.
• Maintain records of all inventory, including depletion and shelf life, for reconciliation.
• Ensure all storage assets and equipment remain in good working condition.
• Maintain area cleanliness and follow the five S standards: sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and checklists.
• Ensure legislative compliance by preparing legal documentation, including tax licenses, and coordinating with the relevant agent.
• Prepare, investigate, and accurately report incidents, near misses, and work-related injuries.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health practices and report breaches daily.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and promote a safety culture.
• Act as a safety representative and actively promote workplace health and safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with inventory methods, databases, and systems.
• Basic English language knowledge.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of modern storage practices and methods.
• Physical ability to perform the role.
• Ability to coordinate with a team.
• Strong knowledge of safety and health rules and their application.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to exercise judgment in resolving issues between workers.
