About the Job
Multi Bintang Indonesia is hiring a Warehouse Administrator based in Sampang Agung, Mojokerto. You will support efficient and accurate warehouse operations, covering stock management, documentation, excise control, and daily coordination that supports supply chain performance and compliance.
Job Purpose & Impact
As a Warehouse Administrator, you are responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of daily warehouse operations. You will manage data, documentation, material flow, and excise reporting while maintaining high standards of safety and traceability.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform regular stock takes in line with SOPs to ensure data accuracy and material traceability.
- Execute receiving, sorting, storing, delivering, and supplying processes.
- Ensure inbound and outbound materials are accurate, damage-free, and follow FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Process documentation and data entries accurately and on time.
- Manage excise document control and communicate with excise officers to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct performance measurement, reporting, and reviews to achieve KPI targets.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and uphold safety and hygiene standards.
Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Trustworthy, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Willing to be placed in Sampang Agung, Mojokerto.
