WAF Consultant(Checkpoint & Palo Alto)

Atos is seeking a WAF Consultant (Checkpoint & Palo Alto) for an Associate Manager [Team Lead] position in Mumbai or Bangalore.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years' experience leading a team with skills in the required technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify new requirements for primary, secondary, and optional technologies.
• Review firewall requests and provide recommendations before approval.
• Assist team members with escalated issues and problem solving.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports, submitting reports within SLA.
• Provide technical sign-off for proofs of concept and offer recommendations during customer-led POCs.
• Investigate security incidents and improve processes to prevent recurrence.
• Review standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Review virus and asset-monitoring alerts and act within SLA.
• Review change requests and reports for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows patch management.
• Validate change requests raised by team members.
• Sign off on new security technologies or scope added during the customer engagement.
• Track risk assessment action items through closure.
• Manage the shift roster for 24/7 team members and resolve conflicts.
• Create handover and transition plans for in-scope technologies and solutions.
• Guide team members in closing configuration assessment, ISO audit, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing observations.
• Ensure all tasks are tracked with up-to-date reports and completed within SLA.
