WAF Consultant(Akamai)

Atos is seeking a WAF Consultant (Akamai) for its Mahape, Navi Mumbai location.

Experience and designation

Minimum 5+ years' experience leading a team with the required technology skills.

• Identifying new requirements for primary, secondary, and optional technologies
• Reviewing firewall requests and providing recommendations before approval

Responsibilities

• Assist team members with escalated issues involving primary, secondary, and optional technologies.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports, submitting reports within SLA.
• Provide technical sign-off for proofs of concept and offer recommendations during customer-led POCs.
• Investigate security incidents and streamline processes to prevent recurrence.
• Review standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Review virus and asset monitoring alerts and act within SLA.
• Review and validate change requests and reports for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Patch Management.
• Provide sign-off for new security technologies or scope added during customer engagements.
• Track risk assessment action items through closure.
• Manage the 24x7 team shift roster and resolve conflicts.
• Create handover and transition plans for in-scope technologies and solutions.
• Guide team members in closing configuration assessment, ISO audit, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing observations for in-scope systems and devices.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking reports for tasks through closure within SLA.
