Job description

As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll serve as the creative representative for visual presentation both within the store and across the board of business, partnering with the Regional VM Manager when required.

What you’ll do

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of visual merchandising, showing your creative flair and imagination.
• Collaborate with store management to deliver an outstanding visual proposition showcasing the Primark brand through windows and in-store.
• Lead a high-performing visual merchandising team to provide a great shopping experience and store environment to maximise sales.
• Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.

What you’ll bring

• Leadership experience and coaching skills, with the ability to influence your team to communicate and be engaging.
• Ability to encourage and coach your team in developing their talent for design, colour and style.
• An excellent eye for detail and a strong interest in current and future design trends.
• Understanding of visual and spatial awareness.
