Why you make a difference
At Primark, we do things our own way and continue to grow by opening new stores around the world. We offer current fashion at accessible prices with passion, proximity and commitment.
Why you are important
People are at the centre of everything we do. Benefits include:
- Different working-hour schedules to suit your availability.
- An average of five working days per week with continuous shifts.
- Employee discount on Primark collections.
- National and international career opportunities in a growing international company.
- Potential support for new store openings in different locations.
Your responsibilities
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be the creative ambassador for your store’s image. You will create visual displays to improve the customer experience and increase sales, working with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to maintain visual standards and exceed customer expectations.
You will also collaborate with the store team to drive sales through excellent product coordination aligned with current trends and Primark guidelines, both in windows and inside the store.
What we are looking for
Attention to detail, knowledge of trends, and the ability to creatively coordinate and implement products from different ranges, from womenswear to home accessories, are essential. Previous Visual Merchandising experience is desirable.
Studies related to Visual Merchandising and window dressing are valued, as are languages you know, including sign language. National geographical mobility is also valued, as Primark is expanding and offers opportunities to work across different business units and support career progression.
Primark promotes equal employment opportunities and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people can be themselves, access opportunities and grow together.
