Retail stores are the first point of contact with our consumers and the heart of the adidas brand. Join us as a Visual Merchandiser at the Factory Outlet in Agia Paraskevi, Athens, on a temporary 12-month contract.

What we appreciate in our employees

• 12+ months of sports or fashion retail experience and 6+ months of additional visual merchandising experience.
• Advanced sales experience and a comprehensive understanding of products, retail, and the industry.
• Flexibility to work in line with campaign launches, planned layout changes, and out-of-store opportunities.
• Ability to multitask and work with tight timelines.
• Good MS Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to ensure all windows are presented to high standards, including mannequin dressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming, and price communication.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, innovation, creativity, organization, planning, problem-solving, and willingness to learn.

Your activities

• Showcase creativity through visually appealing product displays in line with adidas brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns, including window displays, in-store displays, category presentation, in-store communication, and mannequin styling.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies in store in alignment with store management to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports on visual merchandising, sharing best-practice executions and commercial results.
• Communicate proactively with the store team through training to ensure all merchandising standards are met and upheld.
• Work with wider visual merchandisers to deliver innovative initiatives during projects and resets.
