Your impact
As Visual Merchandiser (part-time), you will be responsible for the overall visual direction, strategy, and execution of merchandising standards across the store. You’ll work closely with store leadership, marketing, and regional visual teams to create compelling environments that enhance the customer journey, support business objectives, and bring the brand vision to life.
- Create product displays in line with adidas brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns, including window displays, in-store displays, category presentation, in-store communication, and mannequin styling.
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies in alignment with store management to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on visual merchandising, sharing best-practice executions and commercial results.
- Train the store team to ensure merchandising standards are met and upheld.
- Mentor junior visual merchandisers and support their development.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising, buying, marketing, and store teams on projects and resets.
- Be available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
What we’re looking for
- 12+ months of visual merchandising experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to connect creative execution with commercial impact.
- Flexibility for campaign launches, layout changes, travel, early mornings, or weekends as required.
- Ability to multitask and work to tight timelines.
- Good MS Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience training, coaching, and developing visual merchandising teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative, creative, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
