Veeva Applicaton Support Engineer - Remote in México

Your Role

As a Veeva Application Support Engineer, you’ll participate in the management and support of Veeva platform applications, including Quality, RIM, Clinical, and Vault, deployed across global manufacturing plants and business units. This role will ensure high system availability, regulatory compliance, and a seamless user experience while driving continuous improvement and supporting global operations.

• Provide L2/L3 support for Veeva applications across global sites using a 24x5 or follow-the-sun model as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines.
• Support Veeva Vault Quality modules, including QMS, Deviations, CAPA, and Change Control.
• Support Veeva Vault RIM and Veeva Clinical.
• Configure and enhance workflows, forms, business rules, object configurations, metadata, reports, and dashboards.
• Support integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, MES and manufacturing systems, LIMS such as LabVantage, and external regulatory systems.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Quality, Clinical, or RIM.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS platforms and configuration, including workflows, objects, and lifecycles.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Experience with data migration and validation and reporting tools.
• Advanced English communication skills.
