Working as a Transformation Consultant at Atos
You will work on complex and innovative projects that transform the digital businesses of international clients. Atos supports your professional development and helps you shape your career in digital transformation.
Within Digital Technology Strategy and Innovation (DTS&I), you will support clients with organizational and technology challenges arising from digital transformation. You will help clients stay relevant in a changing digital environment by developing tailored solutions, including cloud transformation, application modernization, and new IT operating models.
As a consultant in DTS&I, you will engage directly with C-level executives on key projects, provide advice, and design innovative solutions with measurable real-world impact. You will also contribute to portfolio development, thought leadership, sales processes, and ongoing knowledge development.
You will join an international team specializing in IT strategy and operating models, and platform and application architecture.

Requirements
- A master’s degree or education with a strong IT affinity, such as IT and Business Information Management, Informatics, Business Administration, or Economics.
- More than 6 years of consulting experience in complex IT transformations, enterprise or application architecture, or business platform environments.
- Experience in business development at CIO or IT management level.
- Willingness to travel to customers, sometimes internationally.
- Training and certifications in DevOps, ITIL, ITSM solutions, SAP, and cloud technologies are highly desirable.
- Oral and written fluency in Dutch and English.
- Primary residence in Belgium.
