Job scope

Integrated role for both Heineken® and Tiger beer brands with exposure to commercial development and consumer-centric campaign origination.

Heineken®

  • Commercial development of overall brand and range performance in the APAC region.
  • Conduct regional and country-specific analysis covering volume, market share, financials and brand power, leading to development of quarterly reports and newsletters.
  • Lead and coordinate APAC-specific brand plans and platforms following Global Commerce Week cascades.
  • Lead or co-lead specific APAC projects, such as festive campaigns and BTL playbook development.

Tiger Beer

  • Develop campaigns for Global Tiger, including the Football Platform.
  • Co-lead POSM and activation or events development, including delivery of assets and toolkits for markets.
  • Manage day-to-day projects for Tiger x Manchester United and Tiger x Spurs football sponsorships.
  • Plan local markets' rights utilisation, specifically football experience trips to Manchester and London for Manchester United and Spurs matchday experiences.
  • Support local market football activations with football clubs, ensuring markets have the required information and materials while complying with intellectual property usage guidelines and commercial partner requirements.
  • Track developments and brand activity in sports sponsorships to identify industry best practices and elevate Tiger's sponsorship activations.

Innovation launch

  • Co-lead POSM development for new product launches, including delivery of assets and toolkits for markets.

What we are looking for

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field.
  • Previous professional marketing experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
