The ideal candidate communicates clearly about complex topics, guides and mentors analysts, demonstrates business acumen, and can identify opportunities for process improvement while leading cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field. Any suitable combination of education, experience, and training will be accepted.
- 2+ years of experience in data and analytics roles.
- Proficiency querying and analyzing data using SQL and Python in enterprise environments such as Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, or SQL Server.
- Experience developing interactive Tableau dashboards and applying data visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with Customs and/or Supply Chain data.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work comfortably in desk-based, presentation, and meeting environments.
What you'll work on
You will collaborate with business partners and functions across the enterprise to interpret data and inform critical decisions and strategy, with high visibility into Nike's supply chain process and opportunities to learn from global teams.
- Support import/export operations and compliance teams with day-to-day assistance and process execution.
- Coordinate, review, and update internal procedures and contribute to training modules supporting compliance and operational excellence.
- Help identify, qualify, implement, and operate cost-saving initiatives such as foreign trade zones, duty drawback, free trade agreements, and duty suspension programs.
- Translate business questions into actionable analytics plans using SQL, Python, and data modeling.
- Communicate insights through dashboards, infographics, and visual storytelling.
- Apply advanced analytics to solve problems, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
