The purpose of this position is to serve internal customers, including the business operations team and employees, by providing information and resolving problems related to timekeeping, attendance, and related activities.
Shift and Pay
- Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Pay rate: $27.00
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine data entry and other duties supporting time and attendance systems administration and maintenance.
- Oversee and maintain the timekeeping system for reporting, auditing, adjustments, and functionality for employees, supervisors, managers, and agency staff.
- Respond to frontline employee and management questions and concerns regarding hours and time reporting.
- Escalate next-level concerns to appropriate parties.
- Oversee and maintain the call-off system, including data maintenance, adjustments, and warning verification.
- Support stakeholders by tracking data, running reports, and providing requested information.
- Perform other duties in support of Operations, including on-the-floor support.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret communications in English.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining composure and service quality in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly and think independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize based on company KPIs and leadership direction.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of company pay-practice policy, wage and hour requirements, and other state and federal regulations related to timekeeping is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly talk or hear; stand, sit, or walk; and use fingers, hands, and arms to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, type, push, and pull for up to 12 hours per day.
- Reliably attend work and scheduled hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting an automated time and attendance system is preferred.
- Previous general office experience requiring computer use is required.
- Certification or equivalent knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret communications in English.
