We are currently seeking a Test Engineer with expertise in testing lifecycle activities, automation frameworks, and tools. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments and are passionate about driving quality in software development.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute test strategies, including creating and maintaining test scripts.
- Perform testing across all levels, including unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing.
- Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
- Develop, debug, and maintain test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Tosca, Playwright, and/or Appium.
- Conduct Product Risk Analysis (PRA) and verify test results against acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review functional requirements and user stories.
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and integrate them with test management tools.
- Participate actively in Scrum or DevOps teams and advise on testing best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with proficiency in test automation and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, and Tosca.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks, TDD/BDD practices, and tools such as Reqnroll.
- ISTQB Foundation certification is mandatory.
- Advanced certifications such as ISTQB Technical Test Analyst, ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, or TMAP are a plus.
- A PSM I certificate or similar Agile certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new testing methods and technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, REST API testing, and tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and JMeter.
