What You'll Do
- Take an active role throughout the full testing lifecycle, from planning and preparation through to evaluation and reporting.
- Help ensure that software products meet defined requirements, are fit for purpose, and deliver a high-quality user experience.
- Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts using modern testing techniques.
- Analyze test results and communicate your findings clearly and accurately to help teams continuously improve.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders as part of an Agile team.
- Contribute your ideas and expertise to a collaborative environment where quality and continuous improvement are valued.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Tosca, Appium, etc.
- Proficiency in TDD and acceptance testing frameworks such as Cucumber and SpecFlow.
- Familiarity with or experience in implementing Test Automation Frameworks.
- Understanding of modern software development practices in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of the latest developments in AI, data management, and the evolving tester’s toolkit.
- Ability to quickly learn and confidently apply new testing tools and technologies.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge, learning from others, and contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
