Job Purpose
Responsible for the safe execution of maintenance activities, focusing on planned maintenance and efficient breakdown troubleshooting while improving key performance indicators and eliminating waste and losses.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all maintenance activities safely, on time and in accordance with quality maintenance standards.
- Perform legal-related, planned and corrective maintenance activities.
- Follow and enforce safety procedures, including LOTO and minor intervention procedures.
- Perform maintenance in accordance with food safety standards, including HACCP.
- Coach, train and support operators in CILT and autonomous maintenance execution.
- Identify and rectify equipment performance issues during zonal tours.
- Assist operators with machine fine-tuning, adjustments and changeovers.
- Execute Lock Out Tag Out Try Out procedures.
- Participate in service and overhaul maintenance activities.
- Apply structured fault-finding procedures and participate in RCFA/BDA activities.
- Maintain organized maintenance areas using 5S.
- Register breakdown work orders in CMMS and define follow-up work.
Job Requirements
Education: BSc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent vocational education.
Experience and skills:
- At least 4 years of experience working in maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical machine knowledge.
- Experience with TPM and autonomous maintenance activities.
- Independent user of Windows, Office and Maximo.
- Basic education in process automation control.
- Certification to work with low voltage.
- Mastery of LOTO skills and activities.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, including AutoCAD/P&ID and wiring diagrams.
