Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. The TPM will perform planning and coordinate delivery activities, focusing on design, integration, validation, and acceptance, in close cooperation with MS, NPI, Care, and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide project technical leadership.
• Set up and plan projects.
• Coordinate teams.
• Perform risk analysis and mitigation.
• Manage project execution.
• Prepare project status and reporting covering achievements, progress, results, issues, and next steps.
• Perform customer-facing activities.
• Interface with R&D.
• Conduct technical reviews of relevant documents, including HLD, LLD, SVS test strategy, ATP, and MOP.
• Manage test and acceptance coordination.

Technical Skills and Experience

• Experience in software telecom solution development and/or integration.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and databases, including Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL.
• Competence with TCP/IP and standard protocols including Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP-XML, and SNMP.
• Cloud knowledge, including VNF, CNF, CBIS, CBAM, NCS, NCOM, VMware, and OpenStack platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HSS/HLR, SDL, AUSF/UDM, EIR, One-MNP, and One-NDS.
• Experience with application integration projects, particularly multi-domain or complex projects.
• Familiarity with payment systems, mobile network integration, VoLTE, and IMS.
• Previous experience with OSS/BSS systems and frameworks.
• Project management or PMI experience is a plus.
