Tasks

Represent R&D in the program team and provide technical leadership for the successful execution of technical tasks related to infotainment and intelligent domain controller products, including infotainment domain controllers, ADAS domain controllers, and car computer domain controllers. Review and monitor design, verification and validation, and industrialization within time, quality, and cost objectives.

Act as the project technical owner for internal and external stakeholders, drive cross-domain and cross-regional collaboration, resolve technical bottlenecks, oversee mass-production industrialization, and guarantee on-time, high-quality, cost-controlled delivery aligned with carline and vehicle-platform milestones.

Own the full lifecycle of infotainment, IDC, and CCC development, including requirement analysis, system specification formulation, architecture review, hardware and software integration, verification and validation, pre-production trials, and SOP launch.
Break down China-specific functional requirements, formulate detailed project schedules, define clear milestones, track progress closely, and manage changes and impact assessments.
Take charge of critical technical troubleshooting during development, verification and validation, production, and vehicle assembly phases.
Host regular technical synchronization meetings, design reviews, and risk workshops. Summarize project lessons learned and standardize development workflows.
Serve as the technical interface across different stakeholders and align technical schemes, development rhythms, and compliance standards.
Report development status, technical risks, and milestone achievement to management regularly, and proactively escalate blocking issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Automotive Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Software, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, or a related major.
Minimum seven years of experience at OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers in infotainment or IDC product development.
Familiarity with embedded system development, Linux/QNX vehicle operating systems, Android, middleware, and automotive communication protocols.
Deep understanding of system engineering, requirements management, and change management.
Excellent technical project management and conflict management skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Solid system troubleshooting capability, with the ability to tackle complex integration bugs.
Advanced knowledge of risk management, R&D processes, methods and tools, and verification and validation strategies.
Self-responsibility, team-player mentality, and very good communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within China and abroad to prepare and support launches at joint ventures and suppliers.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
