Technical Program Manager (Cloud Transformation)

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud transformation and modernization initiatives across enterprise environments. The role owns end-to-end program delivery, aligns business objectives with technical execution, and manages complex cross-functional engagements.

This hybrid role is open in Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Nashville, TN; or New York, NY.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management across cross-functional teams.
- 4+ years of experience leading cloud transformation or modernization initiatives.
- Proven delivery of large-scale technical programs from concept to completion.
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong analytical experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and budgeting.
- Lead cloud modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Build program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Ensure delivery meets quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate engineering, product, operations, cybersecurity, leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare program dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings.
- Develop and track metrics such as cost savings, efficiency, and velocity.
- Lead matrixed teams, foster accountability, and mentor teams on program management practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, cloud technologies, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and system reliability engineering. Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Project is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation range is $98,497 to $233,248. The role is permanent and eligible regular full-time employees may receive benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and employee assistance programs.
