Technical Lead RAN Engineer

Your role

• Plan, optimize, and improve mobile networks from legacy technologies to 5G.
• Work with 5G network solutions and recent Nokia vendor technologies.
• Analyze network performance using KPIs and drive test data.
• Perform site-level and area-level optimization activities.
• Monitor network quality and identify performance degradations.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Support new network features or solution deployments and stabilization phases.
• Troubleshoot integration, configuration, and performance issues.
• Support customers during early rollout and solution acceptance phases.
