Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring (CAL&F) is an expert subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group and a major player in factoring, leasing, renewable energy and regional financing. Within CAL&F, you will join the 145 employees of the Information Systems and Digitalization Department (DSID), working on the transformation of IT and the digitalization of the organization and its services.

Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Java Full Stack to strengthen our internal teams and develop lasting technical expertise. You will provide operational technical leadership on critical applications covering data repositories, compliance and financial security, while contributing to the technical transformation of the information system.

Responsibilities

• Define and guarantee the technical architecture of developed applications.
• Supervise a team of developers and promote best practices.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Angular.
• Ensure code quality and performance through code reviews, unit tests and integration tests.
• Help implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
• Guarantee the security, performance and maintainability of solutions.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap with architects and business teams.
• Monitor technology developments and propose continuous improvements.
• Lead technical-debt reduction and resolve root causes of production incidents.
• Define, monitor and improve technical-performance indicators.
• Participate in architecture committees and align technical decisions with business needs.

Profile

You have a Master’s degree in computer science, an engineering degree in computer science or an equivalent university qualification, and around eight years of experience developing technical projects in an Agile environment. Experience with APIs and microservices, critical and regulated environments, application operations, production quality and technical facilitation of Agile teams is required.

You are rigorous, adaptable, communicative and able to work effectively with business, compliance, production and architecture teams. You demonstrate technical leadership and can support development teams.

Technical skills

• Java back-end development, including Spring Boot, Hibernate and JPA.
• Front-end frameworks such as Angular, React and Vue.js.
• Oracle, PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
• Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins and CI/CD.
• Technical migrations, containerization and middleware and database upgrades.
• Legacy-environment support, maintenance and application continuity.
• JDK/OpenJDK, Tomcat, SOAP, Struts, Maven, Git, Sonar, REST APIs, microservices and monitoring/observability.
• English at B1 level minimum.
