We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tech Consultant with experience in SAP FICO and advanced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) planning tools such as IBM Planning Analytics and/or SAP Planning Analytics. The role supports the planning, development, and implementation of business solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and align with strategic goals.
You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams in a collaborative, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, use cases, workflows, and data models.
- Collaborate with Product, Development/Engineering, QA, and Operations teams.
- Use SAP modules, including FI and CO, to support business process enhancements.
- Apply advanced Planning Analytics expertise to forecasting, planning, and performance management initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations.
- Identify process improvements and propose scalable, technology-driven solutions.
- Support testing, including writing test cases and coordinating UAT.
- Track project progress and assist project managers with reporting and documentation.
- Provide training and post-implementation support to business users.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst or in a similar role, or more senior business analyst experience.
- Hands-on SAP FICO experience, preferably across multiple modules.
- Strong finance background, including month-end close, P&L, cash flow, and accounting fundamentals.
- Experience with enterprise planning and forecasting platforms such as SAP APO, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, and/or IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) preferred.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, Databricks, and Power BI preferred.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and collaboration or project management tools including JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday. In-office attendance may also be required on Fridays for highly collaborative work or in-person presentations.
