About the role
As a Team Manager at Primark, you will be responsible for a section or department of the store. You will manage commercial planning, stock, sales, company standards and procedures, and the visual impact of products.
You will also assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills and maintain their motivation and commitment. When necessary, you will support the checkout area and ensure that customers receive an excellent experience.

What we are looking for
This role requires someone who can lead teams, provide excellent customer service and build professional relationships with colleagues. Previous retail experience is not required, but you should be able to drive sales and customer service by supporting your team.
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
- Geographical availability nationally.
- A recently completed degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing and Market Research, Commerce and Marketing, an MBA or a similar qualification would be valued.
- Good English skills; other languages, including sign language, are also valued.
