Team Manager
Location: Prague – Wenceslas Square
Employment: Full-time, fixed-term employment contract
Working pattern: Shifts, with one free weekend each month
As a Team Manager at Primark, you will lead your section as a small business, take responsibility for a sales area and manage a team of 10–20 Retail Assistants. You will motivate and support your team, build a culture of trust and collaboration, and work with other managers to ensure smooth store operations and a consistent customer experience.
You will analyse data, customer preferences and trends to support stock decisions, manage tills and fitting rooms, and create excellent customer experiences even in challenging situations.

About you
- Experience leading a team in a dynamic environment, ideally in retail
- A passion for sharing knowledge and helping others develop
- Ability to provide effective feedback and conduct development discussions
- Analytical thinking combined with empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and commercial awareness
- Ability to plan effectively, set measurable goals and achieve results
- Confidence to make responsible decisions and prioritise under pressure
- Flexibility, organisation and openness to change
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
