What is the opportunity?
CACEIS Malaysia has been a cornerstone of asset servicing since 2008, evolving into a trusted hub of operational excellence within the global CACEIS network. Strategically located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 skilled professionals, providing a broad spectrum of services to institutional clients across Europe.
Working hours: 9am – 6pm
Region: Europe (e.g. Luxembourg, Ireland, Switzerland)
What will you do?
- Business planning and general management.
- Be accountable for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Coach for high performance, build future capabilities and develop the team.
- Ensure employees understand the company vision and reinforce client-focused behaviours.
- Develop talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Provide support to Group Invoicing Management through regular and ad hoc communication.
- Provide support to clients when expertise is required.
- Ensure collaborative relationships across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries.
- Drive results, client focus and competitiveness.
- Lead with integrity through trust, information sharing and accountability.
- Shape the future through innovation, strategy, change management and entrepreneurship.
Training / Specialization
- Tertiary education in a relevant background.
- At least 5 years of people management experience in a related process and industry.
- Experience with client billing and accounts receivable processes.
- Experience in the financial services industry, such as fund or investor services.
- Experience in people management and development.
- Understanding and application of fee schedules and fee agreements with clients.
Skills needed
- Experience in SQL or Excel VBA.
- English language proficiency.
