Team Lead/Lead - NEW OPENING Nike Roma Outlet

NIKE Retail is seeking a Lead to support the opening of the Nike Roma Outlet in Sant'Oreste, RM. The Lead delivers an excellent customer experience, coordinates and motivates team members, supports daily operations and sales goals, resolves issues with store management, acts as a brand ambassador, and ensures compliance with NIKE standards and guidelines.

Lead responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and shape the customer journey.
• Coordinate, train and motivate employees in the assigned area.
• Support daily operations, including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor activities and promotional campaigns.
• Identify and resolve issues with store management.
• Act as a brand ambassador for NIKE initiatives.
• Ensure the store follows NIKE standards and guidelines.

Commercial

• Support efficient product receipt and accurate inventory in line with visual presentation standards.
• Maintain smooth inventory processes, continuous sales-floor replenishment and brand presentation standards.
• Work with department Leads on product receipt and visual merchandising execution.
• Take responsibility for timely monthly launch initiatives and provide regular feedback.
• Use reporting tools with department Coaches to support commercial decisions.
• Lead by example to maintain accurate inventory for digital orders.

Athlete* experience

• Ensure the team provides athletes* with a high-quality experience.
• Collaborate with Coaches on team participation in NIKE Community Ambassador activities.
• Support hiring and onboarding with store management.
• Help implement store scheduling, allocation and shipping processes.
• Promote and maintain a positive NIKE culture.

Consumer experience

• Lead by example and provide service on the sales floor.
• Give the team the knowledge and resources needed for customer service, including digital-service opportunities.
• Complete relevant training and share completion with individual athlete support services.
• Use data and analytical tools to provide insights and support continuous improvement with store management.
