- First experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
- Knowledge of store KPIs and the ability to interpret them to drive sales.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- Teamwork, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.
- Good communication skills in English.
Your activities
- Act as a brand ambassador by connecting with, engaging, and inspiring customers in line with adidas values.
- Work collaboratively to drive sales and support merchandise management, including deliveries and replenishment.
- Take ownership of your learning by completing applicable training and applying it on the shop floor.
- Perform additional job-related tasks assigned by management.
