Supply Planner

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Experience in supply planning and vendor collaboration.
• Experience in the FMCG sector preferred.
• Experience leading multiple teams of supply planning experts.
• Experience handling customer communication and acting as a single point of contact for issue resolution.
• Hands-on experience with planning tools such as APO and ERP execution tools such as ECC.
• Mastery of planning methodologies such as heuristics and optimization.
• Deep expertise in analyzing planning result output and scenario planning.
• Deep understanding of planning master data and its impact on plan quality.
• Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multicultural teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering preferred.
• Relevant industry-specific certifications or memberships desirable.

Experience Requirements

8–12 years of experience in supply planning.

• Hands-on experience with SAP APO planning books preferred.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP tool, preferably SAP ECC.
• Good understanding of reporting tools such as SAP BI is helpful.
• Good understanding of collaboration tools such as SAP SNC is helpful.
• Working knowledge of Tableau.
• Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive skills in query and reporting tools, spreadsheet applications, and presentations.
