Immediate Superior: Team Leader

Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based in Manufacturing Springs. This person will report to the Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning floors, machines, conveyors, and areas in and around production lines.
- Supplying production machines in the packaging area.
- Performing reworks on non-conforming products.
- Adhering to safe working procedures, practices, and safety regulations at all times.
- Actively participating in all Mini business activities.
Experience and skills
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- FoodBev Leadership will be an advantage.
- Experience as a general worker in a production environment.
- Packaging Skills Programme required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be physically healthy and strong enough to perform strenuous duties from time to time.
- Ability to initiate action spontaneously without being urged.
- Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts, public holidays, overtime, and weekends if required.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to demonstrate good corporate governance toward colleagues, supervisors, and company values.
