  • Respond to questions regarding order status and tracking information.
  • Work with internal partners to resolve moderately complex customer issues, including pricing, delivery status, routing, rejections, and holds.
  • Access, execute, and leverage standard and ad hoc reports to proactively track product delivery, order fill rates, validity, delivery, and returns activities.
  • Collaborate across functions to maintain a shippable orderbook and drive timely resolution and escalation of order-related issues.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve key performance indicators to maximize service levels and supply chain efficiency, including ship goals and related delivery metrics.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholder decisions using data analysis, KPIs, and performance targets.
  • Conduct orderbook audits and order-writing workshops to improve partner order-writing behavior and supply chain efficiency.
  • Provide visibility into delivery performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Partner closely with commercial, planning, and external supply chain teams to support ship goals processes and delivery execution.
  • Provide peer mentorship and training to support team capability and consistency.
  • Manage the overall orderbook, launches, and key initiatives.
