Within Nike’s European Logistics Network, the ELC plays an essential role in the athlete experience, with supply chain as its strength. In this role, you will collaborate with partners across the ELC, including DNO, GROW, LPE and Tech, as well as European and Global headquarters.
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in distribution, supply chain and logistics.
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine curiosity for data, with a desire to build expertise in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau and Snowflake.
- A continuous improvement mentality and interest in improving end-to-end processes.
- Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is an asset.
- Curiosity and the ability to translate complex data into relevant operational insights.
Important requirements
- Candidates must currently reside in Belgium to be considered, except current cross-border commuters. No relocation package is available.

What you’ll work on
You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify supply chain challenges and support the creation and implementation of innovative solutions, including process initiatives, performance management solutions and efficiency-focused projects. You will work with a team on end-to-end process improvements within Transportation in Nike’s EMEA network.
Key opportunities include participating in tender processes, lead-time reduction, flow optimization and performance management projects; providing data analysis and dashboards to enable the business, measure progress and identify opportunities; collaborating with stakeholders; and developing knowledge of Nike’s supply chain and distribution network.
