Supervisor Specialist - Nike Oak Brook

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Retail Supervisor Specialist to join the team at the Nike Factory Store Oak Brook in Oak Brook, Illinois. This full-time role requires 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, and pays $20.00–$26.00 per hour depending on location, qualifications, skills and experience.

About the role

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you are the face of NIKE. You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced store, helping customers make the best decisions while supporting your team and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States
• One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to provide authentic customer service and learn about the latest products and technologies
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
