Supervisor, Sawgrass

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, to join the Nike Sawgrass team in Sunrise, Florida.

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you will be the face of NIKE, guiding customers, supporting your team, and delivering excellent service in a high-volume, fast-paced store environment.

Hours

Full time – 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to use authentic customer service to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
