NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, to join the team at Nike Terrell in Terrell, Texas. This is a full-time role requiring 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
Role overview
As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you are the face of NIKE. You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guide customers in making the best decisions for them, and work with your team to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- One year of retail or consumer service experience
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
- Ability to use customer service authentically and ensure customers feel seen and understood
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
