Supervisor, Nike Somerville

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you are the face of NIKE, supporting customers and teammates in a high-volume, fast-paced Nike Factory Store environment.

Location and schedule

• Nike Factory Store - Somerville
• Somerville, MA
• Full-time, 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.50 to $27.95. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
• One year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
