Supervisor - Nike Newark

Become a part of the NIKE, Inc. team at the Nike Factory Store Newark in Newark, New Jersey. As a Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, you will be the face of NIKE and help guide customers while supporting your team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.50 to $26.65. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

Hours

Full time, 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers.
• Lead by example and deliver service aligned with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations throughout their journey.
• Demonstrate integrity, reliability, professionalism, and kindness.
• Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual merchandising duties.
• Attend store events and support teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
• One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Authentic customer-service skills and the ability to make customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
