Hours: Full time, 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Role

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, you’ll be the face of NIKE. You’ll work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guide customers in making the best decisions for them, and work with your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Authentic customer service skills
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
