Supervisor - Nike Dawsonville

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, at the Nike Factory Store in Dawsonville, GA. This is a full-time role requiring 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to support customer needs.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers every day.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome, understood, and cared for throughout their journey.
• Demonstrate integrity, reliability, kindness, and professionalism.
• Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual display duties.
• Attend store events and support teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Authentic customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
