NIKE, Inc. brings innovation and inspiration to every athlete in the world. The Nike Clearance Store Auburn is looking for a Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, to lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $28.60. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

Location and Schedule

• Store: Nike Clearance Store Auburn
• Address: 1101 Outlet Collection Way Ste 1058, Auburn, WA 98001
• Hours: Full-time, 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations throughout their journey.
• Support teammates and customers with a positive attitude and passion.
• Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual display duties.
• Attend store events and contribute to team goals.
• Demonstrate integrity, reliability, professionalism, and kindness.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
