Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Coordinate and follow up with the 3PL (third-party logistics provider) the timely and efficient availability of all products arriving at the fulfilment center from imports or customer returns, ensuring compliance with KPIs and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receiving process at the fulfilment center, including visibility preparation for the 3PL, resource planning, and control.
- Coordinate the returns process, ensuring Returns Authorizations created in SAP are received and processed in WMS and correctly posted in SAP.
- Monitor returns productivity by channel and identify initiatives to improve goods flow, including refurbishing analysis to increase A-grade availability.
- Ensure compliance with global returns policies by training and supervising 3PL operational personnel and required teams.
- Register and report the status of returns and claims on DocuSign, Salesforce, and adiComp.
- Follow up on replenishment productivity and identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize resources.
- Support the 3PL in system and process improvement projects, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
- Validate services related to inbound processes to approve 3PL invoices, including provisions.

Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- SCM or Logistics specialization course.
- SAP and/or WMS experience.
- Minimum four years of experience in Logistics/SCM.
- Intermediate English level.
