Strategy and Transformation Consultant

Role Description

As part of Capgemini Invent, you will combine business ideas and technological ecosystems to create exceptional solutions for clients. You will prepare and drive implementation projects, guide clients, progressively assume responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects, and lead client meetings to achieve project objectives. You will also contribute to the development of the firm through internal projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in consulting or top industry firms is recommended.
• Native and/or fluent English and Spanish.
• Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and results-oriented.
• Strong interest in technology and its impact on business and society.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
