Your Role
Finance & Enterprise Value (F&EV) is the finance strategy and transformation advisory practice within Enterprise Model & Strategy at Capgemini Invent. The practice helps CFOs and senior leaders identify, convert and sustain value across the enterprise.
As a Senior Consultant, you will have substantial expertise in Strategic Finance Delivery while working flexibly across the wider Enterprise Model & Strategy portfolio.
- Lead large and complex Strategic Finance Improvement or transformation projects.
- Define business challenges and shape actionable, evidence-based solutions.
- Develop and present robust recommendations that withstand client scrutiny.
- Build lasting client relationships, act as a trusted advisor and identify business development opportunities.
- Coach and develop team members, support performance management and recruitment.
- Contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches and events.
- Support campaign development, thought leadership, practice development and offering development.
- Complete training and certifications to support career development.
Your Profile
- Strong management consulting background with experience building and guiding teams, mobilising workstreams and delivering projects.
- Experience shaping finance strategies, designing finance target operating models and developing performance architectures linked to measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience structuring, planning and leading project workstreams and contributing to transformation programmes.
- Experience supporting business development, proposals, value propositions or thought leadership.
- Fully qualified UK Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or progressing toward qualification and on track to complete within 12 months.
- Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence or working with finance teams in large, complex or global organisations is desirable.
