About the role

As the Stores Co-ordinator, you’ll play a central role in supporting overall brewery operations for the site. Reporting to the Stores Operations Team Lead, you’ll manage spare parts inventory and support procurement processes for the seamless, efficient and safe running of production lines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage spare parts inventory and materials by conducting cycle counts, receiving goods and picking stock within 5S standards.
  • Work with internal and external procurement stakeholders to obtain quotes, create and process purchase requisitions and orders, handle invoice-related queries, and ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
  • Record and maintain accurate data relating to spare parts purchases and delivery information using SAP software.
  • Collaborate with brewery operations colleagues on cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements within set budgets.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits to identify and mitigate risks.

About the team

You’ll be part of the Supply Chain function in the Stores Operations team at the Hereford site, supporting production by managing stock, maintaining reliable supply processes and keeping departmental information accurate.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking proactive, collaborative individuals who communicate effectively and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in inventory management, procurement or supply chain.
  • Knowledge of spare parts and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience using SAP, Maximo or similar software.
  • A forklift truck licence and experience handling materials is desirable but not mandatory.
