As the Stores Administrator, you’ll play a central role in supporting overall brewery operations for the site. Reporting to the Stores Operations Team Lead, you’ll support and oversee spare parts inventory.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and materials related to spare parts by conducting cycle counts, receiving goods, and picking stock within 5S standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
- Record and maintain accurate data related to spare parts materials purchases and delivery information.
- Assist with stock disposal and review minimum and maximum stock levels.
About the team
You’ll be part of HEINEKEN UK’s Supply Chain function, based in the Stores Operations team at the Tadcaster site. You’ll support production by helping manage stock, maintain reliable supply processes, and keep information accurate across the department.
Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking proactive individuals who communicate effectively and work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within Inventory Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Consolidated knowledge of spare parts and best practices for continuous improvement initiatives is desirable.
- Experience using SAP software such as Maximo or similar is desirable but not essential.
- A forklift truck licence and experience handling materials is desirable but not mandatory.

Additional details
Salary is circa £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits. This is a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2026, with a days-based Monday to Friday shift pattern from 7am to 4pm. The closing date is 28th August 2026.
