Store Sales Associate - adidas The Well Retail Store (#2044)

Assist customers in determining which products and services best fit their needs and promote adidas merchandise by meeting or exceeding productivity standards. Maintain product knowledge, inventory, store appearance, customer service, and accurate sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with adidas merchandise selection and provide information about products, materials, technology, and functionality.
• Uphold adidas customer service standards and use adidas selling techniques and the in-store AOS system where available.
• Complete cash, credit, and debit sales transactions.
• Maintain store appearance, process and replenish merchandise, and assist with customer service inquiries.
• Support a positive team environment and adhere to adidas brand values, policies, procedures, and inventory controls.
• Assist with telephone duties and other tasks assigned by store management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, and communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and use a point-of-sale system and cash register.
• Good judgment, decision-making, verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, statutory holidays, and overtime during peak sales periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 12 kg regularly and up to 34 kg occasionally.
• Proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
• Three to six months of retail experience is preferred.
