Store Manager/Head Coach - NEW OPENING Nike Roma Outlet
Location: Sant'Oreste, RM, Italy
As Head Coach, you will create a welcoming store environment, build and develop a diverse team, manage store budgets and operations, achieve sales goals, optimize services, improve customer satisfaction, implement Nike strategy, ensure compliance with Nike standards, and collaborate with retail partners and headquarters.

Your contribution
- Passion for Nike and/or sport
- More than 5 years of experience in retail and/or leadership roles
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Extensive experience providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
- Talent for building, developing, and promoting a strong team
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
The annual base salary generally ranges from €42,400 to €63,600. Actual compensation varies according to qualifications, skills, and experience.
