Store Manager - Rotterdam

This is an opportunity to lead adidas's brand-new store in Rotterdam (Alexandrium), build an exceptional team, and deliver a world-class consumer experience.
Your impact
- Take full accountability for the store's commercial success and brand excellence.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team on the sales floor.
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure legal, financial, and operational integrity.
- Champion adidas standards in visual merchandising, service, and storytelling.
- Recruit, train, and develop future leaders.
- Create an inclusive community for team members and consumers.
- Collaborate across stores and regions to drive growth.
- Engage in continuous coaching and training.
What we're looking for
- At least 18 months of sports or fashion retail leadership experience, including leading large, diverse teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn insight into action.
- Confident leadership with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced English and comfort using MS Office and digital retail tools.
- Resilience, a solutions-driven approach, and passion for delivering results.
