You will use your retail expertise to drive store growth strategies, build community partnerships, and bring Converse to life for customers, communities, and colleagues.
Minimum qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Proven ability to use tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Be enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about Converse products and services.
- Lead the team and cultivate a store environment that achieves sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals while maintaining safety and operational standards.
- Foster a high-performing, engaged team environment with a culture of recognition and rewards.
- Drive operational excellence and execute brand initiatives, including P/L statements, labor management, expenses, activations, and programs.
- Lead store business results and critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, people leadership, and management.
- Work with District Partners on enterprise-wide initiatives and programs.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $74,400.00 to $111,600.00. Actual salary will vary based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
