What you'll do
- Lead the successful launch and ongoing performance of the new Resorts World Birmingham store.
- Drive sales, profitability, and productivity by delivering an outstanding consumer experience.
- Coach, inspire, and engage your team on the shop floor.
- Use business insights and performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Create a high-performance culture through clear expectations, coaching, feedback, and development.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a talented team.
- Ensure exceptional execution of visual merchandising, operational standards, and brand presentation.
- Manage store resources, scheduling, and staffing.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and commercially focused retail environment.
- Partner with District and Retail teams to share best practice.
- Act as an adidas Brand Ambassador.
