Store Manager adidas - Designer Outlet Athens, Spata

Your responsibilities

• Build a diverse and inclusive team by recruiting, planning, coaching and motivating team members while acting as a role model to drive an excellent customer experience.
• Create and lead a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing data and trends, challenging the status quo, and addressing improvement areas to maximize store profitability.
• Oversee and manage store operational tasks such as visual merchandising, replenishment and inventory processes.
• Ensure all HR, legal and company policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe and productive shopping experience and working environment.

What we're looking for

• At least 18 months of retail experience in sport or fashion, including 12 months of store management responsibility.
• Good understanding of visual merchandising and inventory management, with strong training and team line-up skills.
• Advanced analytical and effective communication skills.
• Team leadership and the ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate team members.
• Fluency in English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Power BI.
